| I have problems with my roblox app on my iphone 4. It wont let me purchase robux (the 90 robux). It says: we couldnt complete your purchase, please contact apple service. Its serious, please help! |

| When I fill my apple accounts information and after I press ok, it will say: "we couldnt complete your purchase, please contact the iTunes customer service"... I really need replies, thank you. |

Hello, Sorry I couldn't get back to you faster. The app could be down right now. Try turning off your IPhone and Turning it back on. Or Uninstall the app, Than reinstall. If this problem continues, Please contact info@ROBLOX.com

| Have you contacted ROBLOX? Restarted your IPhone, Unintalled/Reinstalled the app? |

| I tried to restart my iphone, I tried to re install the app... But nothing happens... I still didnt contact roblox. |

| Okay. Try contacting ROBLOX. We'll see what they have to say. Copy and paste there reply here, or tell me when it's fixed. I would try it to see if the same thing is happening, but sadly, I only have 0.15 Credits left...BUT I Use an IPod Touch 4G |

| I dont know for sure how to fix it, but try just re installing roblox on your PC again. Last time I got that error was long time ago, I never knew what did cause it. |

Hey, I know i am really late, but the answer is that the ROBLOX app can fail with many purchases, its just a bug they have. However, if ROBLOX takes any money from your account email the roblox support team and screenshot your proof of purchase (If shown) and then tell them your problem they should help.
