(So, after some feedback, I re-worked this suggestion.)
Roblox T-Mods could be a new system for Roblox to be able to connect with their audience, and allow others to.
How it would work is that Roblox would make an announcement (every month) and you could apply to be a trial moderator for a month.
Here's an example: Everyone who applies to be a T-MOD in December will become a T-MOD in January (if they are accepted). That's how the program will start. Then people who apply in January and get accepted will become a TMOD in February. This process will be repeated.
The guidelines are: -You must have BC. -You must be a ROBLOX Veteran. -There is a 3-day ban limit. -You have to contribute at least 3-6 hours a day if you are chosen to be a T-MOD and must join at least 5 different games to moderate a day.
Roblox would post the announcement as a banner on the homepage, and it would be a blog post. Everyone would be able to submit an application. The application includes questions such as 'give us one new event/article idea you want to bring to Roblox, tell us why we should hire YOU over anyone else, etc.' If the moderators over at Roblox liked your application, you would receive a message and would be interviewed further (with more questions, explaining more about the program, etc. It's a more in-depth process overall).
Instead of giving the person direct privileges, maybe have him team up with a full time moderator to help him? So then the T-MOD can gather some experience. They can monitor something like inappropriate names, maybe even give a day ban for the bots? They can also moderate and look at reports.
If you are accepted, you receive: -A badge/symbol by your name when you join ANY game. -You receive the tag "TMOD" in your username so people can distinguish you, a TMOD from actual moderators. (Example: TMOD-rereisawesome) -You receive a small amount of Robux for how well you do. -You are given a TMOD hat you can wear (until you are no longer a TMOD) -And more! (Give me suggestions!)
You can be a TMOD for one month. You can be removed from the TMOD at any time if Roblox feels like that is necessary. You can only apply and be to be a T-MOD once in a year, and if ROBLOX feels you are doing exceptionally well, you can be reinstated as a TMOD for another month. You must also promote and participate in ROBLOX events.
TL;DR: Just read the post. |

TL;DR: Roblox Trial Moderators are users who can apply to be a moderator for a month. They're given limits so they can't abuse, and they can help ROBLOX in a handful of different ways.
(i'm just going to add it so this suggestion doesn't die, gg) |

I support, except for some of the guidelines.
There shouldn't be a th ree day ban limit because the moderation here in Roblox is terrible. So terrible that people are getting banned here and there for NO REASON at all.
If you want proof that people are getting banned here and there for no reason, then look at all the replies of o ne of my threads:
https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=217796575
Also, I suggest you remove the limit of work for III to VI hrs a day (to I hr a day) because some people who want to apply for T-Mod might have school.

I actually support this. This is a great idea. Lets ROBLOX find potential Community Engagement Representatives (CER) employees, and lets the community interact with ROBLOX and the rest of the community.

Add "Must be 18 or older" i'm not letting some 8 year old ban me because i'm better at a game than him.
George Dubya Bush and Saddam talked it all out. They came to an agreement to set up a Counter-Strike: Source server. |

| @MrSnackmix An 8 year old wouldn't pass the application. And it's Trial-Mod ad not Moderator, so maybe 13 or older. |

| I'm IX. Why do you have to be XIII just to apply for ROBLOX T-Mod? Also, If this was to happen, the T-Mods would be adding TIX back. |

I have a suggestion for this.
T-mod should have to have proof, using the record system to give warnings or ban, so it is not a false ban. They should only be allowed to falsely ban once only until they are banned from being T-mod

I support this as long as they are very cautious about who they give it to. I can imagine someone ACTING very well in the community just to get mod power, and as soon as they do, they wreak havoc on the community.

| I agree, but BC only seems too "pointless", there is good people that can be a T-MOD without BC. |

OP, how about you change:
"You must have BC" to "You must have or have had BC."

| you can't just get people to moderate a game for free. you have to pay people, that way they're loyal and won't screw everything over by banning innocent people or leaking information |
