| Is it possible to change the minimum render distance for streaming enabled so things don't just load in 2 seconds before you crash into them |

| If you have like a driving game don't use streaming, it's too slow. It MAY be beneficial to create your own streaming system but then you'll have full control over everything. |

you'll have to learn how to script first
if you don't know how to script, your options are to learn how to script, pay someone thousands of R$ to make one for you, or don't bother |

| I actually CAN script, i'm asking where in specifically I would start, as in how would I make objects not be.... well loaded if the player isn't near them |

well if the rendering is a problem, you can, with filtering, locally destroy and clone stuff into the game depending on where the player is
it may or may not help though, idk
or something like, if you have a big building, you can have it so only the exterior shows from far away and then the interior only loads when a player enters the building |

| Has this been shown successful and effective in any mainstream games? |

I know a game called DriveBlox did it a while back where they had car dealerships, and the cars inside the dealerships only loaded when someone walked in, and that was before FE.
I don't know if it was effective though, but the game was not laggy. |

| My game involves driving as quick speeds, and streaming does not load the map quickly enough as needed, it also causes a heavy lag spike for the player, but I think moving large parts of the map into a storage will also cause lag when moving |
