Check your internet connection and reinstall ROBLOX, if it doesn't work try reseting your PC.

If you are getting Failed to connect to the game ID=17, Try restarting your Computer or device. If this does not work, try resetting your Internet via the Modem. If any of those do not work, Contact your Internet Manufacturer.
