So you want to become an Officer, don't you? Boss your soldaten around. Order people below you and take orders from the people of superiority, and you know you can trust them. But, HOW do you become an Officer? It's not easy, but you know that becoming a commissioned officer gets you high respect, a LOT of it. And you have some authority around what is going on in this group. Here are the ways you can earn a Commission and my opinions on that way of earning it.

BUYING A COMMISSION

People who want to buy a Commission have to buy the Small, Medium and Large donations to buy a Commission. There are, however, some other rules to buy a commission:
1. You have to have been in the Military for at LEAST a month.
2. You have to have pledged your loyalty to the flag (Only a single person does that every flag saluting, and it's the hardest working person)
3. You have to have the approval of the HC
RANK EARNING: Leutnant
If you can fulfill those, you can buy a commission.
My Opinions: Though it would be generous and kind of you to donate to this group, I don't really think it's the BEST way to earn a commission. You haven't really proven yourself as ready, unless you actually are capable of the Job.

ASKING FOR A COMMISSION

I mean, it IS possible to ask for a Commission, but chances are, the request WILL be rejected.
1. You have to ask ME or the Premierminister, Preferably me because the premierminister will have to talk to me as well.
2. You have to state AND prove TE N REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD BE AN OFFICER
3. Then, you will have a test by leading on a PR.
4. You have to have sworn your loyalty to the Flag before you can ask.
RANK EARNED: Varies, but Most Likely Leutnant

BOT (Basic Officer Training) TEACHER: (Will be in Description, Haven't Decided at this moment)
We will NOT have a separate division for this, but you must be at least an NCO to enroll.
1. There are 5 stages to this process, and you have to pass a test to move up a level.
2. Once you have completed level 5 and passed the test, you graduate and you are officially a Commissioned Officer
3. A Major+ needs to recommend you to enroll
4. Every test is scored out of 10. If you got a 7/10+, you passed. If you get below, you can retake the test the next day or later, when you are ready.
5. If you average a 9.5+, You get bumped up a rank to Hauptmann
RANK EARNED: Leutnant, Possibly Hauptmann.

My Thoughts: This is definitely a hard path to take, and I have a LOT of respect to the people who have graduated this school. I am ENSURED that the people in who have graduated will lead our men bravely, courageously, and with heart.

ILPATT's SPECIAL OFFICER TRAINING (Not a Division)
This is the hardest Officer school to get into, and the hardest to Graduate, but DEFINITELY the most rewarding path to take. You can be ANY rank to join.
1. You WILL have to Tryout to join. A General Rank+ (Generalmajor+) will advise the Tryout. A Tryout will be held every MONTH, so don't miss it
2. This school has stages to it called "tiers." When you request, you will be tested. You can only request for a test every WEEK.
3. This school, like BOT, will be graded out of 10. 7/10 is needed to pass. If you average an 7-8.4, You get Hauptmann. If you Average 8.5-9.9, you are a Major, and if you get a perfect 10, you are Oberstleutnant. If you fail a test, you may request to take it again the next WEEK.
4. You have to have sworn your loyalty to the flag before you can enroll.
5. At graduation, there WILL be a ceremony at the Headquarters on the person, and that person ALONE, who graduated.
RANKS EARNED: Hauptmann-Oberstleutnant

My Thoughts: This school is ran by Patt, who trained me how to lead. He is a hard person when he trains you, but I guarantee, if you graduate, IT'S ALL WORTH IT. A LOT of respect goes out to these guys.

EARN YOUR COMMISSION THE HARD WAY

This is the guy who shows up at the rally, does what he has to do, but puts in the hours to improve on what he needs to improve on. These guys have been through EVERY RANK they can before they get their commission.
1. You have to have sworn your loyalty to the flag
RANK EARNED: Leutnant

My thoughts: Although these guys don't get the highest rank possible out of all the paths, actually the lowest, These guys get my UP MOST respect. I remember when I earned my commission by going through all the ranks. Every promotion made me feel GOOD.

So these are the ways you can earn a Commission. Good luck earning one!
