Not even sure.....
Whenever I join a game, I sit in what seems like Spectator Mode, where I am floating in mid air, looking down on the map, and the people playing. The camera moves whenever I use the AWSD keys. I just tried to come play Roblox again earlier today, and it was doing this same thing. HELP!!!! |

| Yes it does. Have tried multiple games such as Tycoons, Role playing, Fighting, etc. Happened in every single one. |

| After around 2 minutes of sitting in Spectator Mode it says "This game/server has shut down." sooooo. :/ |

Uninstall ROBLOX, restart your device, and then reinstall ROBLOX.

| i am experiencing this too but whenever i join it will bring the camera to a random location in them map and i have tried restarting unistaling and reistalling still doesent work please help me |

It cannot be fixed via reinstalling.
I suggest you would have to try to contact roblox about it, and they will be able to assist you.

| Well, according to https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/208448546-Contact-Us "Customer Support can only assist with Billing and Account related inquiries. If you have questions about site features, game play, building or scripting, please visit the Roblox Wiki: ######################## Which is weird, because by just looking over that wiki site it doesn't seem like it will do any help with "Site features, or game play" which I assume is where our problem is. Any other suggestions? Would be appreciated. |

The Email support this game has is absolutely bogus. I specifically tell them "It's happening in every game" and they respond with "It's the developer's fault so please directly message them." No! It's not their fault, it's your's!
I need some solutions or something, all I want to do is play the game. |

So I finally got a link. They sent me to https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/204038784 Which supposedly would fix my problem. Unfortunately, it did not, and to be honest, I don't see how this could have possibly changed anything!

Try checking your internet connection, mainly this problem is caused by that.

I think I understand the point of what you're saying.
Its pretty much a free camera, and you can see the map but not everything has fully loaded?
Connection issues primarily, and the shut down may be a timeout. This may not be an issue on ROBLOX's end but yours.
Easiest solution: Better internet. |

By 'Spectator Mode', You mean when your joining the game and the map loads in, your free to move around, Etc...? If this is the case and it happens without the game loading. Restart your Internet via the Modem. If this continues, I would contact your Internet Manufacturer for them to answer your questions regarding the WiFi. May need an upgrade in terms of the Mbps. Hope this helps!
