2) Suspended
This rank may only be given to a staff member who has disobeyed rules or expectation. Suspension is usually 4 days also depends on the false action he/she has done.This is not considered a Staff Rank.

3) Cashier-In-Training
This rank is only for a group member who has passed Interviews. The rank is for cashier's whom have not been trained yet. You just need to attend a training session to become staff of Target.
4) Cashier| : This rank is for beginner cashier's. Your task is to greet store guest when their purchasing items.
5) Cashier || :
This rank is for cashier's whom have proven themselves to be more experienced than before . Your task is to greet store guest when their purchasing items.
6) Cashier ||| :
This rank is for cashier's whom have worked there way up. Your task is to greet store guest when their purchasing items.

7) Senior Cashier
This rank is for experienced cashier's. Your task is to greet store guest when their purchasing items.
8) Head Cashier
This rank is for staff whom have surpassed the high expectations cashier's. Your task is to greet store guest when their purchasing items and also to encourage other cashier's to work hard.
==================================MIDDLE RANKS==============================
8) Supervisor [MR]
Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for encouraging others, resolving issues and serving as a link between different ranks.
9) Manager [MR]
Managers are responsible for ensuring the following are true: all employees are doing their jobs correctly and thoroughly.
10) Board of Director [MR]
A Board of Director activities are determined by the powers, duties, and responsibilities delegated to it or conferred on it by an authority outside itself. ==================================HIGH RANKS============================== 11) Chairman of Board [HR]
A Chairman of Board must oversee all Board of Director and making sure their following presagers.
12) Managing Director [HR]
A Managing Director is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions in the business. A major part involves leading and directing employees.
13) Executive Director [HR]
A Executive Director leadership role also entails being ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions.
14) Vice President [HR] Become thoroughly acquainted with the president's duties so you can assist the president.
15) President
This rank is given to staff who have done a excellent job at the Store. President's who host Interview's almost every day and come to the Store on a daily basis. These Staff have stunning Grammar and great responsibility. This rank takes time, patience, and confidence to get. This is the Highest Rank to achieve.
16) Chairman
This rank is Reserved for the Co-Owner of Target Store©
17) Group overseer
This rank is Reserved for the Owner of Target Store©
=========================EXPECTATIONS OF HR=============================
In addition of all of the Admin rules, due to the importance of your rank the below also applies: 1)Host at least 2 Interviews per week 2) Post the Interview time on shout at least 1 hours before interviews. 3) Always shout your next Interviews in the group wall in advance, and with specific time. Example: Training at the MTI at 2:00 PM CST. Do not say “Interviews now”. 5) Once training has ended, shout “Interviews Ended”…. 6) Try not to cancel Interviews once posted. Have another HR host for you instead. 7) Do not hold random and unnecessary meetings 8) Do not sell, trade or rank friends. Ranks are earned 9) Do not advertise in our group shout or group wall for other groups, even if they are allies. Owner or vice must approve first 10) Be responsible, cordial and represent the Target group with utmost integrity Inactivity or failing the HR expectations, results in demotion/removal of rank
