i hate this trope a lot, all the gals have eyelashes when none of the guys do like i didn't realize how much i appreciated the lack of eyelashes on a female character until i saw some newer cartoon where virtually no one had eyelashes |

"large eyelashes and more feminine"
this is only a trope, being untrue in the real world, unless makeup (mascara) is used |

"girls use mascara to look more feminine"
yeah but in cartoons ALL of them do or an unrealistic amount of them do, even if realistically it would not be usual for them to wear mascara, e.g., say a gal from a culture that did not or does not use that makeup, a baby, etc. |

they use it as a symbol so that you can identify that the character is a female without having to flash children with the the front-hind of a cartoon character

the gems in steven universe are female-identified characters and they don't have eyelashes nor big chests just look at pearl or garnet |

I wouldn't use a show as bad as Steven Universe as an exemplar for your ideals of animation |

"To make it more obvious."
i'm just asking why it's always, always women who have these additional characteristics to identify them as female, but men never do have any additional ones, as if everyone assumes all characters to be male as default |

Thank you. My dream has now a sort of supplement. |

Women have additional ones because women have different characteristics then men.
and that concludes this post |

"It's obviously to make them more alluring"
it makes sense on some female characters but not on literally all of them as if men are never attractive/vain and women always are
"because people view women as beautiful and men as average its not an attack on women its women-worship"
and this is what we radical feminists intend to stop men can be beautiful as well as women anyone saying only women are beautiful or are "more beautiful than men" is trash
"Women have additional ones because women have different characteristics then men."
um from a biological standpoint, actually, the opposite is true, if you think about it, aside from mammaries, people with higher levels of t###osterone have more "additional" anatomically than others |

its a general social norm women and men have positive views and negative views women are always seen as more trustworthy, beautiful, and given more attention men are always seen as stronger, and more manly
