either fe is inconsistent or exploiters are deterred from playing games with fe as they can't use their exploits to the fullest

I know that level 7 exploits are hardly even able to patch

| i don't think a level 7 would be able to run anything in an fe game though, unless the inconsistency is severe |

Humanoid properties and functions go through FE. It's the way the engine handles humanoids. It used to be the same with pressing '=' to drop hats. The engine would automatically replicate hats/accessories being moved on a model.
The engine must have such a feature with humanoids as well, which is why teleporting and flying in an FE game is possible.
The local deletion of walls is easily fixed by sanity checking the client's rendered map.
