You have a far worse habit which requires more attention. You think you're genderfluid. |

| 'how does one break this disgusting habit' i did it easily. by drinking water a lot more often. not only does it help you loose weight, it's good at cutting eating or sugar ########### |

how much do u drink?
try cutting down on it gradually every day
be strict with yourself though
go for healthier alternatives like water or if that's too hard then at least natural fruit juices (though juice is sugary as hell)
maybe try DIY detox fruit waters |

do u usually drink from cans or bottles?
I think cans contain like 330 millilitres and small bottles contain 500 millilitres (sorry if u don't use ml and have no idea what I'm on about)
but when you drink from a can you, cant close it and drink it later, so you feel obligated to drink it all in a shorter period of time, whereas you can put the lids on bottles and store them in the fridge overnight
so I would suggest that you don't drink from cans, only get bottles and limit yourself to half a bottle a day maximum, and make sure you keep the other half in the fridge or something so you wont be tempted to drink it all in one go
but then again you might feel like you're barely drinking any if its half a bottle and you could get the urge to drink more, so only try my suggestion if you know that you can be harsh on yourself and fight the temptations good luck op :)) I hope I helped |

| I also have way too much of a thing for soda. If they sell them near you, I recommend La Croix. It's just as refreshing, but not quite as tasty. |
