Depends on which classifications of dinosaurs you're talking about. Sauropods didn't have feathers; Theropods would be more likely to develop feathers.

They probably did, but I like to pretend they didn't because it makes them less cool, just makes em' seem like big ol' birdbrains. Giant Prehistoric Insects are the true next level though.
