Both interviewers and interviewees must use grammar the whole duration of the interview, we would like you to stay professional while doing so.
Interviewees, before you get an interview, ensure that: - You have [at least] decent grammar. - Your account is 13+/safe chat free.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Interviews are split into three parts.
I. Safe chat test II. Questions III. Results ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ I. Safe chat test
The interview should start off with a safe chat test [C7RN]. If the interviewee has safe chat enabled, he/she is unable to continue the interview and must return once it is disabled. If it is not enabled, he/she may proceed with the interview.
Interviewers must ensure that they take note of the interviewee's grammar, attitude, and answers, as it will be part of their results later on.
An example of this is:
"Before we begin, we will have a safe chat test. Please say C7RN."
SAFE CHAT: "My apologies, safe chat is activated in your account. Please come once you are 13+, thank you. Have a nice day!"
NO SAFE CHAT: "Alright, great. We will start the interview now. Do you have any questions/concerns you’d like to address before we do so?"
"Great, let’s begin."
Note that you don't have to use the exact words I input here, but you are free to do so.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ II. Questions
Next are the questions. Take note of the interviewee's answers, they will be taken into account for the results.
1. How would you make an impact in our community?
2. How long do you plan on staying here, and how active will you be?
3. How did you find Coffee'd?
4. Why do you want to work here?
5. Why should we hire you over other applicants?
6. How active do you plan on being here at Coffee'd?
7. What would be one word to describe you, and why?
8. How good is your grammar on a scale of 1-10?
9. How would you greet our customers at the counter?
10. Do you have any additional comments?
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ III. Results
The interviewee's results will be determined by their grammar, answers, and attitude during the interview.
Interviewers must state the following results of the interviewee's: - Grammar - Answers - Attitude - Overall - Passed/Failed
If they passed, ensure that you get an HR to rank them/rank them yourself if you are able to and remind them of the rules listed below. An example of this is:
"Congratulations on passing! Let me get an HR to rank you now. Before you go, please remember and follow the following rules.
You must be professional at all times, this means using proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and such while you are representing the cafe.
That is all, you are free to start working now! To rank up, attend training regularly, and you might just rank up!"
If they failed, state the reason why they did so, and encourage them to return soon. An example of this is:
FAILED:
"I’m sorry to say this, but you failed. [REASON WHY]
Please come again another time and try harder good luck. Have a nice day."
