Funny thing is- there is actually a 'Draggable' property to the contents of a GUI!
If you need deeper understanding, I'd suggest going to read through the scripter's book: wiki roblox.com/index.php?title=Scripting_Book#Chapter_1

| There are two properties that you need to change in order to make your GUI draggable. inside your GUI's properties there are two properties "Active" and "Draggable", Make them both TRUE and you will be able to drag your GUI. |
