what did i do? no ban or anything i just got logged out and: A. 2-step no longer sends to my email B. followed all the steps on their help page to no avail C. roblox support was contacted and didn't even send me the verification of email

What message does it give you when you type in your 6 digit code? This problem happened to me many times.

message both the info and appeal and see what they'd say try logging in again and refreshing ur email? |

refreshed email every 1 minute last refresh i got the automated mail and a response from support odd, usually doesn't happen this fast

| N4T, You are in no worries. I am in the same problem as you are, im not recieving them either. In fact, Im pretty sure everyone with 2 step verification is getting this same problem. I heard ROBLOX admins are working to fix this pretty soon. You are in worries, I hope I helped. :-) |

| This happened to me, it took me one whole month just to prove I was the real owner, by sending information about past stuff that I was able to remember. |

| For me was much more harder to explain to them because someone had compromised both my email and account, I was going to give up, but I gave them more information such as moderation history, game play videos, screenshots, the only problem I had was that they wanted me to give them the first roblox card # that I redeem and the fact that my email was compromised made it very difficult. |

i still have access to my email plenty of screenshots of bans and ingame if worst case scenario i should be fine because i have all that +purchase records
