UCDF-D Squad Formations and Roles for ATF: WINTERBELL By: RafeScar2255
Section 1: Squadron Roles
Squad CO/Leader: Squad Leaders are usually higher ups in the UCDF-D. However, depending on the squadron size, this may vary. SLs are the leaders of the squadron the control. SLs usually carry: A handheld radio, two replacement batteries, TIII body armor, a standard issued Combat Helmet, AR-15 or M16, Colt or Magnum, 1 Frag, 2 Flares, 3 extra mags, and binoculars.
Radio Crewman: The radio crew is a vital part of the squadron as it can send signals and positions back to the main platoon. They are equipped with a radio pack, a handheld radio with 2 extra batteries, Marlin or Draica, 5 extra slugs, binoculars, TII body armor, standard issued combat helmet, M1911, and 1 smoke. The also carry a small medical pouch and 1 flare.
Concealed Gunmen: Also referred to as snipers, these troops take shooting from a distance to a new level. They carry either of four guns, Scoped Sparo, Adv Sparo, Scoped M14, or the Scoped Hyke, binoculars, 2 flares, a survival knife, Quiman, 3 extra clips, rarely a gillie suit, TI body armor, and a handheld radio.
Field/Combat Medic: Field medics are the go to people in the event of injuries. They can carry, a large medical supply kit, an extra small medical pouch, AR-15 with 2 extra mags, 1 flash bang, 1 ch#m####h######ndard issued radio with 2 extra batteries, SH with 1 extra clip, Standard combat helmet, butcher’s knife, and TII body armor.
Support Infantry: Support infantry are the big guns in the battles and skirmishes. They get this reputation from their gear which consists of either a Standardized Hopper or #### ##### machine gun with 2 extra ammo boxes, SH with 3 extra clips, 1 Frag, 1 smoke, 1 ch#m####h######I body armor, and a survival knife along with a standard radio.
Standard Infantry: These are your common troops on the battlefield, as they are very common and not special. They come equipped with a multitude of weapons. These can include, Hyke, Draica, AR-15, M16, more rarely a Marlin, Vindicator, or NorteL. They also carry many different pistols. They can carry a Quiman, SH, BHP, or M1911. They have TI body armor, a survival knife, 3 extra mags for their primary and 1 extra clip for their secondary, and a small medical pouch.
Section 2: Squadron Types/Organization
Infantry Party: Lead by a Minuteman, these squads can hold up to 4 people. Fire Squad: Lead by a Sentinel, these squadrons can hold 5 up to 25 people. Platoon Crew: Lead by a Field or Under officer, these squads can hold 26 up to 50 people. Battalion: Lead by the Director, Vice Director, or Assistant Director. This massive battalion can hold 50-70 people.
Section 3: Squadron Buildups
