Currently im eating 650 calories a day which is somewhat fine since im getting 130g of protein a day but I feel the actual food im eating is unhealthy, any help would be nice

McDonalds and Carbs are bad so I'm adhering to this incredibly strict diet which hopefully helps me out in the long run

meal prepping
one day a week, make food for the next like 5-7 days
grilled chicken, brown rice, broccoli, carrots, fish - all good choices
avoid red meats, dairy, bleached flower (white flower products), high fructose |

If you eat them, along w/ protein and other things then you should be fine

I already do meal prep though thats how I make sure I get my daily 650 calories and 130g of protein

| 650 calories is wayyy too low. You should at least be eating around 1500, and what is your current goal? |

if you meal prep you should be getting around 1500 like static said with lots of protein and good carbs
plus you should be working out at least 3/4 times a week and probably running every morning |

are your portions the size of a pea
it should be the size of your hand or slightly larger - stressing slightly |

ok but are you literally just eating only chicken?
like, if you portion your food with sides like brown rice/broccoli (veggies etc) then you should be getting well over 1,000 a day
that's if you're eating 3 meals a day like you're supposed to |
