Evaluations for MR(Middle Ranks) and HR(High Ranks.)
The idea of doing applications and voting have been deeply carved into for quite some time. In result of this, we have had Middle ranks and High ranks that truly are not fit for the job.
Voting for the High Ranks in has been causing biased staff among of time . It has even come to the point where they’ll all turn on each other if the other person votes someone else. In other words, voting is possibly the worst way possible to let a High Rank in. Because there is so much we look for in a High Rank than just being someone’s friend.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying voting has done that to all HR’s, but it is still a terrible way to choose High Ranks.
Applications are just as bad for voting. Applications where used by Middle ranks. The problem with this is that people can go inactive and keep sending applications for the next rank for not doing anything. And since the High Ranks where “voted in”, they don’t have the slightest thought to actually check if that person is active before passing their app. It came to the point that applications become pointless. Some applications are done by other people and they cheat their way in.
The constant inactivity among those ranks have caused countless of reforms to be taken place.
Anyway, I came up with a new way to have Middle Ranks and High Ranks to be promoted, which is evaluations.
Basically, every 2 weeks, an evaluation will happen for Middle Ranks and High Ranks. The HR’s will evaluate MR’s, and the Chief Executive Officer+ or Chairman will most likely evaluate HR’s.
During the evaluations, there will be questions for each rank, and certain tests you have to past. Based on your score or performance of your application will determine if you will stay, be promoted, or a demotion.
Lying in an evaluation doesn’t work either, as we fine any possible way to check if you are lying or not. Even if you do get past by with lying, it will catch up to you.
The evaluations will not be easy. It is to see if you are ready for the next rank or even stable to be in your position.
The scores and results will be recorded for future references. |
