"There are several important notes with Name Changes:
Original account creation date and forum post count will carry over to your new username. Previous forum posts will appear under your old username and will NOT carry over to your new username. Current places set with the default place name, will appear under the old username."

it was a bug back when underscore names came out, but it's been patched

| i once reverted back to pokemoneevee and lost like 4k posts but maybe that was just a glitch or something thats been fixed since then |
