A modified and modernized version of the USM Rules and Regulations originally written by President Gmf34.

[SEC. 1] RANKS, RATES, & UNIFORMS All soldiers of the Army must: - Know their rank, and the rates (duties) of that rank - Properly display their rank while in uniform unless at the paygrade of E-1 - Not petition, campaign, or vote for any rank advancement or positions of command - Ensure they are in the correct paygrade on the USM main group - Wear the proper Army Uniform at all Army installations - State their rank and paygrade on their personal description (blurb)
[SEC. 2] GROUPS & USE POLICY All soldiers of the Army must: - Not favor anyone else because of personal relations or previous companionship - Not use the shout for personal use, promotion of games, other groups, asking for promotions, requesting rank changes, resignation letters/statements, or division recruitment - Only use the shout for updates, information, instructions, training, or announcements - Not use the comments for arguments, debating, racist/genderist comments, beliefs, religion, politics, promotion requests, game/item advertisements, division recruitment, or other non-Army related issues - Buy and wear their uniform shirts, t-shirts, and pants from the group store unless instructed otherwise - Refer to the group description for information and the Army needed links which can be found on the Army Staff's personal description, not using outside sources
[SEC. 3] RESPECT/COURTESY EXPECTATIONS All soldiers of the Army must: - Follow all orders given by a higher ranking soldier or command position unless the order violates any rules or regulations - Not present misleading and hurtful opinions, violent expressions, and inquiries against any other soldier - Not talk back, give excuses, or blame others - Not insult, verbally abuse, or make fun of other soldiers, even during training exercises - Help, motivate, and teach other soldiers how to be successful - Not use faces such as "XD, :D" in public, the shout, Army installations, or the comments - Show the highest respect to Army Allies and Army Enemy officers - Follow the rules of engagement and not abuse such rules - Follow their Commanding Officers, Executive Officers, or Senior Enlisted member's orders and respect their decisions - Not speak when asked not to, or when another soldier is trying to speak - Respect civilians and government officials from the USA and foreign nations alike, they are non-combatants and should be treated that way -Treat others the way you want to be treated.
[SEC. 4] ADMIN ABUSE & EXPLOITATION All soldiers of the Army must: - Leave a server that is exploited or is being hacked - Not participate in any forms of cheating, exploiting, or admin abuse - Not use group admin to put down, or hurt the feelings of others, or to demote because of personal feelings or attitudes - Not use game admin commands to make fun of other soldiers, chastise trainees, or harm their software - Not use server lock unless granted by the Base CO or TRADOC CSM+ - Never crash or ban other soldiers, use kick instead, it is however, permitted on non-Army or Army personnel that are on Army installations without permission from the FORSCOM CO+, if the situation is extreme, ban may be used with reasonable justification - Have admin commands in a training only if they are assisting the commanding officer
[SEC. 5] WEAPONS/VEHICLE USAGE POLICY All soldiers of the Army must: - Ensure they are allowed to operate certain vehicles such as aircraft or armor beforehand - Only use weapons presented in game, either available to obtain or available at the start of the game, never steal or import with admin commands - Only fire on someone when you are completely sure they are enemy combatants - Never use a weapon or vehicle to harm any Army Personnel or USA Civilians - Follow the Rules of Engagement when using any type of weapon or vehicle
[SEC. 6] GRAMMAR & PROFESSIONALISM EXPECTATIONS All soldiers of the Army must: - Use proper grammar and conventions of the English(US) language when speaking or commenting to other soldiers in formal situations - Follow the proper chain of command during trainings, a Corps CO may observe one of his Division COs leading the training - Only observe if they are there to evaluate the training and submit a report (Such as MP or Army Staff) - Not have arguments that are negatively oriented - Not have a skin color on in a Army installation that depicts a negative view to represent Army (Such as blue, green, or purple skin tones) - Not have a face on in a Army installation that is extremely offensive and unprofessional, or goes against basic military policies (Such as faces with facial hair or colors other than black) - Not have hats on in a Army installation that is extremely unprofessional, or when in training, should always use covers provided -The Army Military Police and Army Staff have the right to judge what is unprofessional or not permitted, and require removal of the offense in order to maintain a professional environment.
[SEC. 7] WARTIME PROCEDURES & EXPECTATIONS All soldiers of the Army must: - Spend their free time patrolling servers that their unit has been assigned to, not playing games or going to trainings that are not combat oriented - Follow the Rules of Engagement when patrolling - Not stand around and talk to others (Unless forming a strategic combat plan) while there are hostiles in the server, this offense should be reported to an MP Officer right away - Never raid an enemy server unless given permission to do so by an Army Staff member or USM JCS+ via shout - Do not talk to captured/surrendered enemy combatants unless part of ASOC or Army HIGHCOM (SMA+), in which intelligence gathering is permitted - Do not talk to the enemy while raiding, unless speaking to an enemy officer about certain terms of agreement or surrender
