| My salty topping, I use it for a lot but not on salty food, such as most sea foods. I don't know, it could work. I'm not telling you the name or secret ingredient, but it is a powder like salt and has a little more flavor on it! |

If you currently live somewhere with Trader Joes, try 21 Seasoning Salute and salt.
Otherwise, lemon pepper should work just fine. |

| That place is godly, my grandmother calls it "Traders Joe" and it is just so amusing to see the little amount of English she knows :-) |

| Er... sear the salmon on a frying pan on high, and then add a table spoon of olive oil. Then , add a pinch of salt and season with pepper. Turn temperature to 3/4 and then add the juice of half a fresh lemon. Chop up some rosemary and sprinkle. Flip to cook evenly on both sides. For a creamier sauce, add one cup of chicken stock, and 1 1/2 cups of heavy (33%) cream. Next, take out of pan and serve with a coleslaw (yea search the coleslaw up its so easy and I'm too lazy to actually explain it). (I'm a chef lol) |
