:) Irl I bench 70kg max curl up to 14kg reps and max out 18kg can curl barbell 40kg max 4 reps squat at least 70kg leg press (last time I did in Sep lol) at 105kg tri cep extend 20kg dumbbell press max 26 each arm 1 rep dumbbell press 20-22kg reps chins up 10+ though not tried to super set pull ups good form at about 10 will try tomorrow lol
Compare I'm 16 I use metric cause English use it

I forgot shoulders
dumbbell shoulder press 20kg 4-5 reps on each arm military press 25 kg for 12 reps dumbbell flies at 8-10kg for reps w/ decent form
