| Height would answer this...I mean it isn't impressive when someone says they are over 6 foot tall and they weigh 170. That means they are skinny as hell. |

| You are at the age where your body is preparing for a growth spurt being a young male. That will be later teens and you will do a lot of growing. Your body may add weight to accommodate this growth. So you are good. Sounds like you are just right. |

It's fine, just eat healthily, drink plenty of water, and don't lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. Any more than that could cause a potential risk and future problems that are life threatening.
And don't go under weight. That's unhealthy too. |

just get one of those doorway chin up bars and do situps/pushups it's called a push/pull routine it will give you biceps and triceps + abs
this is my routine i'm 6'3 1/2 168 and do not even like sportsball you need to eat a lot though it is best to get whey shakes |
