Height would answer this...I mean it isn't impressive when someone says they are over 6 foot tall and they weigh 170. That means they are skinny as hell.

You are at the age where your body is preparing for a growth spurt being a young male. That will be later teens and you will do a lot of growing. Your body may add weight to accommodate this growth. So you are good. Sounds like you are just right.

It's fine, just eat healthily, drink plenty of water, and don't lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. Any more than that could cause a potential risk and future problems that are life threatening.

And don't go under weight. That's unhealthy too.

just get one of those doorway chin up bars and do situps/pushups
it's called a push/pull routine it will give you biceps and triceps + abs

this is my routine i'm 6'3 1/2 168 and do not even like sportsball
you need to eat a lot though it is best to get whey shakes
