This will help you out and explain what each rank’s purpose is in order. Contact an Executives+ to find out more about your rank!
Trainee: Always and only works at the reception desk, and improves in their rank.
Cafe Worker: You work at the food places in the hotel.
Customer Service: You answer questions other people have
Housekeeping: You give people food when they order it from their room and you clean rooms.
Receptionist: You get people rooms so they have a place to stay.
Security: You are susposed to stop trollers, hackers, exploiters, etc.
Interview Assistant: You are Training to become an Senior Interviewer. You can Interview but you can’t host. You can also, promote/demote Workers if they are doing their jobs and are working hard!
Senior Interviewer: You can host Interviews and can promote/demote Workers that are doing their jobs.
Hotel Assistant: Has authority over the hotel just like the Hotel Manager and Assistant Manager but reports to them.
Supervisor: You are soon to become a Assistant Manager. You can host Interviews and trainings.
Assistant Manager: Manages the hotel with admin, and makes sure that the Hotel is going great. Can host interview and training sessions.
Hotel Manager: One of the most highest ranks, has authority over all ranks, may host meetings if needed, training and interview sessions, and can basically do anything as this is as far as you can go. Board of Directors+: Our Board of Directors+ should already know what their jobs are. - Breaking any rules will result in a termination of your work status here at Comfort Hotels & Suites.
