Interview Guide: Copy and paste these if you're hosting a interview. If you're a host you can host an interview, you can have helpers Ranks LR's or MR's can assist you for safe chat. If a customer has safe chat please kick them. First I am going to go over the rules while my helpers check if you have safe chat. Rule 1: Always use grammar during your interview. If you don't use grammar you have 3 chances and if you get 3 strikes it's an auto-fail. Rule 2: If you fail please don't get mad at staff for not passing you. Y'll always can come back and try again.
Rule 3: Don't leave in the middle of an interview(Customers) or interviewing customers (staff) Or when a staff member is trying to rank you.(Customers)
Rule 4: you have 10 seconds to respawn to the staff at the beginning then after you are not timed through the interview questions.
Then you pick 10 lucky assistance to help you If there's more then 10 Staff members here to help please kick the other staff that are not picked.
After kicking staff you may start.
All interviewers may now go to there office.
You will need to name 6 of you assistance to be interviewers Then name the rest helpers.
Questions for the interviewers
(Q1) What do you what to be? LR's only.
(Q2) How did you find our group?
(Q3) Why do you think we should hire you?( At least 3 sentences)
(Q4) Why do you want to work for Moo moo cafe? (At least 3 sentences)
(Q5) on a scale 1-10 how active are you on roblox?
(Q6) On a scale 1-10 how good is you grammar?
(Q7) What would you do if a troller came to troll at the cafe?

Now if the customer has more then 3 strikes You say: Sorry, but you have failed Please try again next time.
If a customer has 3 or less strikes you say: Congrats you have passed wait for me so I can rank you. |
