| This is the hiring guidelines. - This is exactly how it should work. 1 - Interview/Application, This has to be good, make sure they have good grammar and make sure they do not have a scruffy avatar. 2 - Once passed, rank them to trainee, this is when their training process begins. 3 - Training S1 - This is where they are told the rules, and shown how to do their job. 4 - Training S2 - This is where they are tested on how they do their job with a HR. 5 - If they #### ## & S2, rank them.
