A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: This legislation shall officially recognize known restricted areas in the State of Firestone. The act of entering a restricted area shall either be considered as a misdemeanor or felony.
Section 2: Anyone who enters a restricted area shall be charged with trespassing, and then only be charged with loitering if he or she refusing to leave the restricted area.
Section 2A: The act of entering a restricted area shall be recognized as: Entering an area that prohibits non-authorized individuals from entering.
Section 2B: Known restricted areas shall be officially recognized as:
Section 2B.1: The State of Firestone National Guard Base shall officially be recognized as a restricted area for non-members.
Section 2B.2: The State of Firestone prison which is run by the Department of Corrections shall officially be recognized as a restricted area for non-members.
Section 2B.3:##### m###r#####l be recognized as a restricted area for non-authorized personnel.
Section 2B.4: FedoraMasterB98’s residence shall be recognized as an official restricted area for non-authorized personnel.
Section 2B.5: The State of Firestone capitol interior shall be recognized as an official restricted area for individuals who have not been given cleared by the Department of Homeland Security to enter. Individuals are required to go through a checkpoint before entering the capitol.
Section 2C: Entering specified restricted areas as stated in section 2B will result in:
Section 2C.1: Entering the National Guard base without authorization shall result in jail time. (300-400 Time in Jail; felony charge)
Section 2C.2: Entering the State of Firestone prison without authorization shall result in jail time or a fine. (300-400 Time in Jail, or a $200-$300 fine; misdemeanor charges)
Section 2C.3: Entering the Governor’s manor without authorization shall result in jail time. (300-400 Time in Jail; felony charge)
Section 2C.4: Entering FedoraMasterB98’s residence area without authorization shall result in jail time. (300-400 Time in Jail; felony charge)
Section 2C.5: Entering the State of Firestone capitol without being cleared to enter by the Department of Homeland security shall result in jail time. (300-400 Time in Jail; felony charge)
Section 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the Firestone State Patrol, the Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Corrections, and the Firestone National Guard.

Section 3D: The Department of Homeland security shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/groups/2803370/Firestone-Department-of-Homeland-Security#!/about
Section 3E: The Firestone National Guard shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/groups/2803372/Firestone-National-Guard#!/about
Section 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passing both chambers and signed into law by the Governor.
Section 5: All laws in conflict with legislation is now declared null and void.
