[Section 1]
[Introduction]
Welcome to the Military Police Unit, operatives. These are the police of the military, the people who protect us and keep us safe inside our borders. They also handle crowd control and border patrol.
The purpose of a MP Unit is to maintain order, and report suspicious activity at all Helghan II facilities. MP Patrol whenever possible and make sure that there are no civil disruptions or hostile cases within or outside of the group at any Helghan II facility.
To become a Military Police, reach the rank of Corporal and then send a request to the Division. If there is an open spot you will be accepted. You will then go through a combat trial, and an interrogation trial. Once this is done you will then begin as an Operative.

[Section 2]
[Laws and Operations]
All Operatives are permanently silent with the exception of explaining rules or speaking to civlians. Anyone below agent may only speak if s/he is given permission. You will maintain a professional attitude at all times and act maturely, immaturity and disrespect will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.
The laws for the MP are as follows;
Law 1. If you are inactive for a long period of time without notice, you will be given a warning. If the issue continues, the Autarch and MP Overseer will decide what to do.
Law 2. You are only to harm fellow Helghast if they have done something wrong or if a higher rank has ordered you to. You are only to harm and/or arrest civilians if they have shown hostile actions or have caused a disruption within our servers.
Law 3. Anyone that is in an enemy group, or that has been continuously disruptive, will be marked as "KoS" (Kill on Sight). They are to be shot down, continuously, until an officer comes to deal with them. No exceptions unless ordered by the MP Overseer or the Autarch.
Law 4. If you arrest anyone in the group for breaking rules, causing a disruption, etc., arrest them and take them to the prison for 10 minutes on the first offense. If they receive a second offense, arrest said person for 20 minutes. Arrest times will depend on the severity of the action.
Law 5. The ONLY time the killing or arresting of any Captain+ is allowed is if they have abused admin or abused their authority and have caused a disruption. This MUST be immediately be reported to the Chairwoman AND/OR the Autarch.

Should a problem arise, MP will be there to bring peace and order to the disruption. If there is a rally or a training in session, you will be there to watch over it and will be ready to intervene if necessary. MP do not usually get involved in raids/defenses unless it is a war or something serious happens.
If any civilian is stopped at the Border Screening, it is for one of these four reasons.
Either: - The civilian account is under 180 days old. - The civilian has shown to be unruly. - The civilian is in an enemy group. - The civilian passes without stopping, and/or they have weapons or tools on them.
Should a civilian be stopped, your officer shall tell you what to do, unless it is obvious enough that you should kill them.
