Yes, I've already tried the help forum, but they don't speak english.
I'm on the latest version of mac.
I press play and it tells me to install, and no matter what I try, it keeps asking me to install.
I have tried everything I could think of, and I have also emailed ROBLOX and they told me they couldn't help me.
Can anyone help me?

right click and disable the application or force quit roblox from that menu thing

1. Choose Force Quit from the Apple () menu, or press Command-Option-Esc. This is similar to pressing Control-Alt-Delete on a PC. 2. Select the app in the Force Quit window, then click Force Quit.

It doesn't have to do with ROBLOX being stuck.
I've reinstalled my game, reinstalled my OS, deleted files, disables extensions and antivirus, everything, and it keeps telling me to install.
