EMPLOYMENT ELEVATION ACT OF 2017
WHEREAS, directors and commanding officers have been dwindling the number of tryouts hosted by their agencies or departments, and
WHEREAS, the American people demand more tryouts on a daily basis.
THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED by the United States Congress here assembled the establishment of the Employment Elevation Act of 2017 for the following:
SECTION 1. Short title
(a) This Act may be cited as the “Employment Elevation Act of 2017”, or EEA
for short.
(b) Terminology
(1) A “shout” is referred to as the form of advertisement in the U.S. for high ranked members. (2) A “tryout” is referred to as a form of employment.
SECTION 2. Entitled
(a) The following groups, under the executive government, are entitled to follow the SECTION 3. Regulations in this act;
Federal Bureau of Investigations National Security Agency Defense Intelligence Agency Central Intelligence Agency Special Forces Special Weapons And Tactics Team Secret Service
(b) The following groups, under the United States Military, are entitled to follow the SECTION 3. Regulations of this act;
The United States Air Force The United States Army Department of the Navy The United States Marine Corps
SECTION 3. Regulations
The EEA of 2017 is amended–
(a) All the groups entitled to obey this act are mentioned in SECTION 2., titles (a), and (b), of this act.
(b) The groups entitled are unavoidably required to host at least two tryouts, or application sessions, a week, two tryouts in seven days.
(c) All tryouts, or application sessions, are to be announced to the vast American public via the ‘[USA]The United States of America.’ group shouts.
(d) Tryouts hosted by entitled groups a part of the military, as of SECTION 2., title (b), are to shout the tryout in both ‘[USA]The United States of America.’, and ‘[NUSA] United States Military’. SECTION 3. Notes
(a) Entitled groups that do not comply with this act, and there is an audit log provided as a warrant, the leader(s), director or commanding officer, of the group shall be sanctioned for ‘inactivity’ by the IAB.
