| I'm making a script that slow the player WalkSpeed depending of the water height, (from the feet). The character can walk in the water until it comes to the shoulder. But, to make this script, I need a way to find the height of the water (since it's not a part). Is it possible using Ray.new()? |

if the water's the same level could you use a collision with smooth terrain or something to make live a loop that runs in concordance with the character's global position on the Y axis. Idk.

either way something watching the player's position in the CFrame would work wouldn't it? or Region3 it?
