this was my rollback experience:
DAY 1:
you email info@roblox explain and make a file of the picture of the trade tell your username, the macser's username and the serial # of the item if it has one
DAY 2:
the email will be under review from the team they'll ask if you own the account, and you have to give the original email from which you email back your ticket number
DAY 3:
item reinstated into your account, as so:
