For the reason that Speaker of the House elections were held a month early and Soth Helleoh was illegally removed.
We ask that Soth Helleoh be reinstated until his term ends. |

helleoh getting speaker back for a few days won't change the fact that the house doesn't want him anymore why didn't helleoh win the "illegal" election? what difference does it make?

Helleoh was elected to serve out the remainder of then-Speaker SuddenRush12G's term, this was when Sudden was roughly a month into his two month term as Speaker of the House. A month and one day later (so technically Helleoh was actually Speaker for longer than the Constitution prescribes), the elections were hosted by DevGralius as the term was up.
This is just like special elections for Representatives: If you're elected you serve out the remainder of the term, even though the Constitution prescribes that a Representative serve for two terms.
Use some common sense, people. The elections were done legally, and to go off Technozo's point, regardless Helleoh clearly wasn't wanted by the House, hence why he lost the vote with 11 in favor of Convext to a mere 2 in favor of him staying as Speaker.

There's a reason the Clan Managers, alongside the Federal Elections Commission, are not taking action into this alleged "illegal" action; it's not illegal, and this was affirmed by Justice SamuelKing22 when Helleoh illegally attempted to interfere with the election of the Speaker of the House by making a motion on the board to halt the elections, despite him having no power to do so as he is not a member of the Commission and is in a clear conflict of interest, as he was the incumbent Speaker seeking re-election at the time.
The only illegal activity here was conducted by Helleoh, no one else. |

| Any attempts to disrupt or interfere with this democratic process are nothing more than un-American and I highly encourage the so-called "Progressive" party to cease such action, as it's not progressive in any form whatsoever and, instead, is stalling actual progress. |

| Exactly Twittered. This dude arguing that Special Elections don't exist in Speaker terms even tho Helleoh was elected through a Special Election LOL. So contradicting. You essentially just said that Helleoh won an election illegally chris LOL. |
