also burgers are only like 50 percent meant, the other 50 percent is water in addition to by-products like bone, cartilage, connective tissue, and nerve tissue.

it's better not to have any trans fat at all but ok
also in my first reply i wasn't being serious in the sense that, it sounds like i'm getting carried away but i'm just trying to say burgers are bad for you and proven to be addictive so it's better if you don't eat them at all
all the possible benefits they have are outweighed by the calories and health problems they can cause
