Here at TakeTeam, we, of course, would like for everybody to respect one another. Our way of expressing our respect to everyone else is by abiding by the rules of TakeTeam. If everyone is able to follow these rules and stick to them, then TakeTeam can be a safe and peaceful environment. Make sure to read through the information thoroughly, and make sure that you understand it.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
BE RESPECTFUL:
Have respect for one another. We expect everyone to follow this at all times. If you are disruptive amongst others, you may be warned, or even be demoted. If you are a Visitor or Scout, you will be kicked or banned, depending on the severity.
USE GRAMMAR:
Please use proper grammar, spelling, capitalization, or punctuation if you are a staff worker, or else we may consider you getting demoted.
DO NOT ADMIN ABUSE:
Any use of admin for the wrong reasons will result in a warning or a demotion. For our MRs and RFMs, we have a forum thread that states the rules for using admin located here:
ADMIN GUIDELINES: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=216525486
DO NOT OVER-SHOUT:
For our MRs and RFM's, doing so may result in a warning or a demotion. To clarify, here are the things that you should do whenever one posts a group shout.
Post a group shout if an interview session, training session, or meeting is going on. Or if the server of said session is server-locked.
Post a group shout as a small, friendly invitation to come to the restaurant if no session is being hosted.
Make sure that you keep a shout-lock on the group shout if you are changing the group shout. Chief Executive Officers and higher are able to apply shout-locks to the group shout to make sure a certain announcement can be seen, even if the group shout changes. Not keeping a shout-lock on the group shout when you are supposed to will result in a warning.
DO NOT COMPLAIN:
Yes, you have a right to complain if you believe you happen to notice something bad, but complaining numerous times about anything you may have a hard time with will not get you anywhere. If you do not complain, you have a better chance of getting what you want.
DO NOT WEAR INAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE:
By common sense, we expect everyone to wear attire that is deemed appropriate for everyday conduct at TakeTeam. If you are seen wearing something deemed inappropriate, we will ask you to wear something appropriate or else you will get either demoted (if you are a worker) or get kicked or banned (if you are not a worker).
DO NOT BRAG ABOUT YOUR RANK:
You are free to tell others that you got promoted, but it is not okay to use it in a way that makes it sound like you have this higher social status than everybody else in the TakeTeam group. Doing so may result in a warning or a demotion.
DO NOT HINT:
We want you to work for a promotion, rather than you merely asking for it. Hint or ask for a promotion, and you will get the opposite of what you asked for: a warning or a demotion.
NO FAVORITISM:
It is pretty unfair for the ones who work hard and are overlooked by others. Be fair with your decisions at Tsunami Sushi, and do not let any biased opinions influence your own decisions. If you are caught in an act of favoritism is caught, you will get a warning or a demotion. |
