i'm somewhat underheight, my father was underheight at my age but he was still a bit taller than me which triggers me internally i drink about 1 litre of milk a day but could drink more, will it make a difference? (its whole milk/3% fat) |

| For most people, eating a balanced diet and getting enough vitamins will help you reach your maximum height, but it won't get you taller. In other words, drinking more milk and consuming more vitamins won't make you taller. |

| i struggle to eat fruit or vegetables, but i do drink apple/orange juice to make up for it |

| There is this thing called GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day). It is supposed to help you gain weight really quick, but I don't know if I would recommend it since I've never tried it. |
