Fidget spinners are made for people who need them, or are naturally fidgety. I, when I don't have something to fidget with, wonder off in my own world and don't listen to teachers or chew at my finger nails.
The fidget spinner was made fore people like me, and its sad because people who don't need it are taking advantage of a "free toy" and destroying a gift from heaven for people like me.
And now thats out of my mind. |

I'm naturally fidgety. But I don't see the point in them. Fidget cubes are much better imo.
You don't need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice. |

They are distracting for the people who want it to distract the, not for the people who are distracted by other things and need something to fidget with.
With all due respect you wouldn't understand it if you didn't have the problems.
Maybe the fidget spinner is bad, maybe something else will take its place, I just think it works for me. |

| Spinners help people with adhd learn, toxic kids believe otherwise since they don't have adhd |

"fidget cubes are good TBH." Exactly. They have more things to fidget with then just spinning a little wheel.

can we stop complaining about these things
yeah, they're for people who have issues but that isn't the ONLY reason you can use them. if it was, they wouldn't sell them to everyone like they do.
could we stop with the 'oh im so special and i have issues so fidget spinners were made for me and only me specifically and if you use them when you don't have issues you are a bad person'? |

I have the same problem, yet I don't really feel like it's a '' GIFT FROM HEAVENN!! ''. I find it kind of dumb, because I don't understand why they must be so expensive and why its so hard to fidget with. If I bought one, I would probably get bored of it then play with like, a piece of balled up paper or something.
Then I realized... I FORGOT THE OVEN. |

@d31s
It's really confusing why someone who doesn't need it would buy it, it's like getting a wheelchair but you can walk. And they've become annoying for the reason that they are more of a distraction than a tool for focusing, especially when some kid pulls it out of their pocket and starts spinning it.
You could just get a pen around your house and click it rather than spend $5 - $15 for a glorified toy.

Like I said, it isn't ONLY for people with issues. It can also be used as a toy and that is one of it's uses.
And as for the price, people can spend however much money they want on whatever they want. It shouldn't be a concern to you how other people are spending their money.

I've been considering getting a fidget cube, actually. I have pretty bad anxiety, so fidgeting helps get thoughts away from whatever it is I'm anxious about. However, experts say they aren't actually that helpful. There is no miracle cure for mental disorders.
