Welcome to Wendy's®'s Guide. This forum is directed to Rienknr1. This is just a simple layout of what you will need to know to ensure success at an interview session. Please remember to read through everything as thoroughly as you can to make sure you comprehend everything.

• INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

Q2) Why do you think Wendys should hire you over others? (3 sentences)
Q3) In a scale of 1-10, how good is your grammar and punctuation?
Q4) In a scale of 1-10, how active are you?
Q5) What characteristics do you obtain that qualify you to work at Wendys?
Q6) How would you greet a customer?
Q7) How would you deal with a trolling/difficult customer within Wendys?
Q8) Have you had any past experience in a job like this? What groups?
Q9) Are you willing to put the time and effort into this position/job?
Q10) Do you understand that you may not abuse your powers?
• INTERVIEW RULES
Rule #1 Grammar is required inside and outside interviews at all times. Failing to use grammar will result in you failing your interview.
Rule #2 Respect is needed at all times towards your Interviewer and your Co-Workers. Disrespect is not tolerated within Wendy's®.
Rule #3 Although there isn't a precise time limit, we do expect you to answer as quickly as possible. We want fast Workers!
• INTERVIEW PROCEDURES
[1] Before the time has reached the specific interview time, ensure that everyone is seated. This means that the customers are waiting on the provided chairs.
[2] Once there is an established Staff Management or above to host, they would slock the server five minutes after the interview time by saying "slock on".
[3] Once the server is s-locked, the host would continue by saying his/her introduction then the co-host. Once the host or co-host has thanked the attending interviewers, the host would move on to rules which are stated above.
[4] Once the rules are done, the host may say 'm Interviews may begin' and the interviewers will teleport a customer to them based on the individual's number and check for safechat. Each customer will receive a number when they first join the server. The number that has to go next will be on the screen.
[6] Once interviews have concluded, the host will collect all of the interviewers usernames and Promote or Ignore them.
[7] Once everyone's name has been added, the host may thank the attending interviewers and shutdown the server by saying "shutdown".
