insurance costs depend on:
1. Your age ( younger drivers typically have higher insurance ) 2. The car you drive ( Sports cars have higher insurance ) 3. The insurance company yuo choose
i don't pay for my own insurance yet, but i know how it works and such.

| over $100 a month for insurance if ur a new driver. that's just liability, full coverage is like double that. also gas and maintenance costs. don't buy some old pos euro car if you're a broke american |

insurance for a civic that old should be relatively low
and that's a good car choice too, the Civics are ridiculously reliable, so you won't be spending much on maintenance besides oil, spark plugs, tires, brakes, etc.

Don't do that unless you're going all in with it.
otherwise you'll be considered a "ricer". Google that to know its full meaning.

| Then you'll definitely need to modify it if you want a drift car out of a civic aka remove completely unnecessary stuff, get steel brake lines, ######## suspension, etc you don't HAVE to, but it would be much better |

it all depends on where you live when you're under 25
for me insurance is about $240 and at least another $150 in gas monthly |
