Trying to save a players character appearance (which has been created through an in-game character customisation), but for the life of me can't find out how to turn a players new character appearance into a string so it can be loaded into a new game, as long as this is the best solution that is.
Could anyone point me in the right direction?

| Get the name of their appearances. Save them to a table As for decals such as shirts and faces, you could just save the ID number. For example what I would do ### #### color is local skinColors = { #### #### #### etc. } And then instead of saving the actual BrickColor code, you could save a smaller number that holds the *index* of that value in the table Could be similar with decal IDs As for items with a name, just have those same items in replicatedstorage and you can load them by name |
