Emerus Healthcare System Rules & Regulations

Section 1: Governance
I. The Emerus Healthcare System and all member hospitals are governed by the EHS Board of Directors.
II. The EHS Board of Directors reserve all rights to implement the rules and regulations that govern the Emerus Healthcare System at any time with the approval of majority of all board members.
III. Member hospitals are required to follow all rules and regulations provided by the Emerus Healthcare System. Member hospital administration is also required to follow direction from the EHS Board of Directors.
Section 2: EHS Director and Assistant Director's Powers
I. The Director of the Emerus Healthcare System reserves all rights to veto any action that has been approved by the EHS Board of Directors.
II. The Director of the Emerus Healthcare System may not make any major changes to policy/rules/hospitals without majority approval of the EHS Board of Directors.
III. The Director of the Emerus Healthcare System must own all hospitals within the EHS.
Section 3: EHS Board of Directors
I. The EHS Board of Directors will be made up of the following positions: Director of Administration Director of Human Resources Director(s) of Policy (Nursing, Security, and Residency) Director(s) of Development Director of Outreach & Hospital Liaisons
II. In the event that there is an empty seat on the EHS Board of Directors the empty board vote will go to the EHS Director.
III. The EHS Board of Directors may take any action (that is within the rules and regulations of EHS) only with the approval from majority of the EHS Board Members approval. Any action that is taken without approval from the Board of Directors will result in removal.
IV. The EHS Board of Directors are required to join all member hospitals and participate in assisting and managing hospital operations.
V. EHS Board Members must be ranked to EHS Staff at all member hospitals.
VI. The Director of each hospital is allowed to appoint two of their own members to the Board of Director’s rank in their hospital. One as a Hospital Liaison and one as an Operations Director

Section 4: EHS Administrators
I. EHS Board of Directors manages the EHS Administration rank in regards to rank limits/positions/requirements.
II. EHS Administrators are appointed by the EHS Board of Directors with majority approval of the EHS Board of Directors.
III. EHS Administrators must be ranked to Hospital & Group Administration at all member hospitals.
Section 5: EHS Ranking Structure
I. The ranks for the Emerus Healthcare System are as follows and cannot be changed without majority approval from the EHS Board of Directors: Director of Emerus Healthcare System EHS Hospital Directors EHS Hospital Liaisons EHS Administrators EHS Developers EHS Respected Doctors Distinguished Patients Patients
II. The ranks that are required for all member hospitals are follows and cannot be modified: Group Holder Chairperson of the Board Director of _________ (Hospital) Board of Directors EHS Staff Hospital & Group Administrator Department Head Department Assistant Head Attending | Nursing HRs Fellow [PGY-5] Chief Resident [PGY-4] Senior Resident [PGY-3] Resident [PGY-2] Junior Resident [PGY-1] Intern Resident Security Nurse Administrative Leave Patient

EHS RANKING GUIDELINES (HOSPITAL) WIP
Section 6: Absorption Process
I. The Emerus Healthcare System may not induct any new hospitals while one hospital has under 200 members.
II. The Emerus Healthcare System may only induct hospitals that are approved by the Director of EHS
III. The EHS Absorption process will start with a vetting process of multiple hospitals that will be performed by the Director of Outreach and Hospital Liaisons.
IV. Once a hospital is chosen there will be a formal meeting between the Director of EHS and the owner of said hospital.
V. Negotiating processes will start in which EHS must negotiate what is only in the terms of the rules and regulations.
VI. The most money that EHS can give in negotiations is R$ 500.
VII. After negotiations are over and an offer is accepted ownership of said hospital is to be transferred to the “EEHManagement” account.
VII. Changes will then be made to the group to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Emerus Healthcare System.

Section 7: Disciplinary Actions
I. All member hospitals are required to adhere to the rules and regulations stated above. Refusal to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Emerus Healthcare System will result in a disciplinary meeting with EHS Administration. |
