| I am an IT technician working at the HQ of one of the largest ############## companies in the world. My team and I support an average of 6000 users a day! (and about 10000 machines in total!) I currently hold 3 IT certifications and I am working on a forth now. I have worked in IT for just under 3 years. I have managed to land a job in my dream career very early in my life (I am under 21 years old) and I want to help younger IT-focused ROBLOX users learn how they can get to a position I am in and begin their career in IT by offering advice, answering questions, and also directing them towards what sort of education they should go for! Ask me anything! :) |

This game nurtures so much involving STEM fields, I want to try and answer questions for those who want to head towards the programming/GFX design/3D Modeling careers and hopefully help them get on the right path.

Yeah, that is a good thing to do, which is also helpful to many with questions.

| ########## Your grades in HS do not matter unless you want to go to college for a technology degree. What most people (and what school often dont tell you!) don't know is the fact that experience > a degree. You will not be hired if you go to an interview with a Computer Science degree and 0 work experience. Best thing to do when starting out is to get an internship! That experience is what puts you above the rest and will help you start. |

Loyal2One, to answer your second question, careerstep states: The average salary of a computer technician is reported to be just over $52,000 a year, or an hourly average of over $25 an hour.
I don't want to disclose my own finances but I hope this answers your question!

DivineHate, I still play with friends, develop games occasionally! Obviously not as much free time as when I was in HS but this game has a charm to it (the community not so much lol)

Loyal, I work Monday to Friday 40 hours a week, I recommend speaking to your school and asking to intern with their IT department. that will give you experience and you can earn credits towards graduation or even college if they offer it! (you might also get to miss some classes to go to the internship ;) )
