No, not good at all.
This is basically eletricity conducting to another device. It can result in a electric shock if you get your hands near it. |

LOGICAL ANSWER:
This is because your computer charger is converting the high voltage and current from the outlet. Since there is a high amount of power being withdrawed from your outlet, it is common for it to "spark". This is again completely normal but I do not recommend that you try to touch it. It shouldn't shock you to death or kill you if you do and your outlet is perfectly fine. |

| Usually you'll notice it when the air is really dry and electricity has a harder time just flowing through the plug. When the air is moist, there is barely a spark because it quickly goes into the transformer |
