The rules are to be enforced once the host or co-host announces it. When the rules have completely been dictated, you are to begin the interviewing process. The interview rules must be system message exactly as below. Each space is a new system message. Wait at least ten seconds per rule.
[INTERVIEW RULES] Rule #1 - Grammar is mandatory, both inside and outside your interview.
Rule #2 - All questions are required to have a response with two or more complete sentences.
Rule #3 - Respect is needed at all times, towards your interviewer and fellow co-workers. Disrespect is not tolerated.
Rule #4 - You will have 10 seconds to respond to your interviewer when they first approach you.
Rule #5 - You will have 60 seconds to answer each question.
** Not following the rules will result in an automatic non-passing grade with a kick/ban.

The pre-test should be dealt with after the interview rules.
1. Check safe chat (Please say F90K). 2. Check account age (Minimum of 30 days). 3. Check grammar (Optional; Additional support).
If the applicant(s) are found not reaching our standards, they must be removed from the server. You may also do this process before interviewing someone to double check if they are applicable for an interview.

Information: - You can fail an applicant after asking the third question if you find them not reaching our standards.
Opening Introduction: - Introduce yourself - Remind them about some interview rules you would like to repeat - Ask if any topics need to be clarified - Sample: “Hello, I’m JohnDoe and I will be interviewing you today! All responses will need to be at least two complete sentences with correct English grammar and spelling. You will be timed for 60 seconds.”
Opening Question: Do you have any questions and/or comments before we start?
Interview Questions: 1. Why do you want to become a Trainee? 2. Where do you see yourself in the company? 3. If you are hired for the job, describe your work habits. 4. Do you have any past experiences in customer service? 5. What do you know about our company?
Closing Statement: - Review the wrongs and rights of their responses. - Announce the passing/failing of the applicant(s). - Remove them from the server. - Sample: “Your responses are great, however, your grammar was not the best. I am sad to say that you have not passed this interview. Thank you for coming, you can always try again next time.”

| I have a high rank, so I can do interviews, but I don't have moderator or admin... so how do I kick and things? |
