best language and applications to start?

i like unreal but its C++ it has visual coding too, kinda like Blender
reeeeally good graphics and nice motion blur on spinning things such as car wheels |

a lot of games i like made on it, u can check em out
i also would recommend unity but I think unreal starts off with a better graphics setup
unity doesnt have blueprints but its C# and JS (not sure)? |

| also a little note about blender, for some reason my .obj exports have weird shading issues so export into other formats, such as dae or fbx (dae is _ae!) --pun got filtered |

| o yea u can make ur own engine (like sl, wow, etc) or u probably want to use unity, unreal can be quite laggy for bad pcs because of the extreme graphics |

UE4 or Unity could be a good place to start.

I like Unreal because it doesn't have the garbage Unity has but it is hard to actually do much with it unless you know C++ (I don't like the visual scripting either). Of course if you learn C++ then you're all set.
One downfall to UE is the fact that imported meshes are really small- I'm bad at 3D modelling so that stinks.
I like Unity because I can actually write with it and it's pretty simple, but I feel Unity is very limiting compared to Unreal and I don't want freaking Unity splashies all over my game. Ultimately it's up to you. |

if you want to see the games made for each engines google
blender engine made games unity engine made games unreal engine made games
of course u might also see those unity animations but it takes forever to perfect amazing graphics on it |
