The ranks above are the first 3 ranks in War Command. You rank up through them by doing what you normally would do, attend group events such as trainings, raids, practice raids, defenses, etc.

[://The Officer Ranks:
(LET) Lieutenant - The rank of Lieutenant is where things get more complicated. To earn this rank, you must prove to the higher ranks that you’ve mastered grammar, expectations, and show some adequate leadership qualities. - The job of a Lieutenant is to attend group events as any soldier would do, but you are expected to correct lower ranks if they are doing something wrong.
(CPT) Captain - A Captain is just one step above a Lieutenant. To earn the rank of Captain, the higher-ranked members must see that you are actually taking your job as a Lieutenant seriously. After a while, if the higher-ranked members believe that you’ve been accomplishing your tasks as a Lieutenant, they’ll recommend or promote you to the rank of Captain. - The job of a Captain is to still attend group events, but to also keep a sharp watch for lower ranks that are worthy of a recommendation for a possible promotion, or ones that are out of line and need to be disciplined. Message the names of those members to Generals.
(MAJ) Major - The rank of Major is considered higher than an officer rank but lower than a high rank. This serves as the, “High Rank-in-Training” rank. To achieve this rank, you must fulfill your duties as a Captain with determination. A recommendation from a current Major+ or a General promoting you on the spot after noticing your worth as a Captain. - The job of a Major is to co-host group events approved by a Colonel. Also to recommend lower ranks for promotions/demotions if you have good reason. Can recommend Captains for the rank of Major.

[://The High Ranks:
(COL) Colonel - Colonel is the first high rank in War Command. To earn this rank, you must perform your duties/responsibilities admirably as a Major for a fair amount of time. You must also allow yourself time to get yourself known by the entire High Command. That will ensure that The Vice Chairman and The Chairman hear your name as well. - The job of a Colonel is to host group events and allow Majors to co-host, to recommend lower ranks to Generals for promotions/demotions depending on the reason, and to attend High Command meetings and discuss important matters.
(GEN) General - General is the last achievable rank in War Command. To achieve this rank, you must stand out amongst the rest of the Colonels. You must perform your duties and stay diligently active the entire time you serve as a Colonel in order to even be considered for the rank of General. - The job of a General is to receive recommendation messages from Captains+ and either accept/deny them depending on the reasoning. Generals are also expected to host High Command meetings to discuss important matters.
(TVC) The Vice Chairman - The Vice Chairman is the one member of War Command who the Chairman would trust to run/oversee the group if he were to be absent. Obtainable only if current Vice Chairman resigns or is impeached for other reasons.
(TCH) The Chairman - The group’s leader. |
