As the title says. I messaged Roblox yesterday, to recover another account that I have. I saw in this page: (https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313390-My-Account-was-Hacked-What-do-I-do-)
"You will be asked to verify ownership of the account. The best way to do this is to write to us from the account's original email or the billing email associated with the first purchase on the account"
So I emailed Roblox with the original e-mail of the account, since I haven't bought any virtual goods with real money I don't have a billing e-mail.
The answer I got was really quick. Guess what they said? "The account you are asking about does not appear to be compromised and cannot be reset at this time."
Ok, so I messaged back with the ticket, original e-mail and name of the account asking why it wasn't compromised and explaining my problem again. They just said: "We can understand your concern, but we take account's security very seriously, hence, we must verify account's ownership before resetting in with any aid and it seems that your account doesn't have anything to verify the ownership therefore we will not able to assist you further."
"...it seems that your account doesn't have anything to verify the ownership..." Seriously??? Even at the official Roblox's website it says that I needed to message them with the original e-mail as proof that I own the account, and now this person tells me that I'M NOT SHOWING ANYTHING to verify the ownership????
That is COMPLETELY unfair and disappointing, especially talking about that I have been in this game for years and nothing like this has happened to me before, I've already lost 2 accounts thanks to this staff corruption.
That just shows me that Roblox doesn't look carefully to choose thei################### now thanks to this person and other ones that don't know how to do their work correctly, people are losing their accounts!
If someone can tell me why does this thing have to happen. Or if I'm just getting the wrong idea. I'd appreciate it a lot.

1. roblox doesn't care because you haven't given them any money. 2. roblox is corrupt and won't help FREE TO PLAY players

I think so. And worst than that, I sent them a message asking why some months ago, and they just marked my e-mail as spam and now I can't message them anymore.

| Sadly, its not the case of your a free to play. I have paid $600 USD on this game, (this account) and yet they still refuse to give my items back, even though the bot that took all my items and accessed my account was terminated. Further more they got in from a extension i got, so they never even had access to my ######### yet they don't know if i am the real creator of the account. I EVEN TOLD THEM I WOULD GIVE THEM MY DAMN BIRTH CERTIFICATE. I lost 60k+ RAP and 1.2k robux. 0 |

| I feel like this isn't how Roblox should ever treat their customers. I honestly don't know why they didn't figure this out. That's what they do. Are You mailing them from the account's mail (e) Because that may be the problem. |

| I got hacked, and none of this happened. I had just gotten a ROBLOX gift card, and then I got hacked. My username and character was changed. When I went to log in it says my ######## was incorrect I tried a few times and it didn't work. Then I asked my friend to check my account and it was not mine anymore. I ####### ROBLOX and got my account back in a week or less. Hopefully You get your account back. Just one question, if #### ####### ### ####### how are you posting this? |

The reason why I'm posting this is because it's very strange that I recovered one of my accounts with my original e-mail, they didn't ask me for more information, and even the guy that helped me told me the best way to get your account back is messaging them with the first e-mail attached, they could still see a list of the info of the account, and this new guy tells me that the original e-mail isn't any proof to recover the account. And, stranger than that, the guy that made me lose already 2 of my accounts, is the one that keeps answering me, and as I said, he even blocked one of my e-mails so I couldn't message them anymore!
But now, he deleted my customer ticket and now I have to wait for another person to help me in my problem. Hopefully it's not that same kind of person that just tells your account isn't compromised and blocks your e-mail.

| I have the same story though, I had screen shots, and they still would reject me! roblox needs to step up there user controls and recover a lot. |

| While I do admit that if you're free to play, ROBLOX tends to care less about you, when my account was compromised and people tried to take my stuff, ROBLOX was quick when getting me my stuff back and honestly I'm quite happy with it all. While this was my only real experience with the ROBLOX staff, they seemed to be really great with it all. Whenever people say things like this I'm like ????? are you sure because of it. |

| Since they're treating you like trash, they should give you a bunch of stuff you want and get your account back. If they were a nice and real company, they would ask you what you wanted (like a few limited items or something) as well as recover your account quickly and kindly...blessing their customers that have spent money on them. This is really surprising. |

| I have lost multiple accounts and I can't access them. Thankfully I remembered another account (This one) from a dream. (Weird). And this is my earliest account! Yay! Anyways I didn't even try to contact the staff, sooo yeah. |

I tried recovering a old account that I lost access to it in 2012 (I even spend money to buy lifetime OBC on it when it was still a thing... *sigh*) I even gave 'em proof that I own said account (e.g billing [e] mail...) yet they never answered (I even waited 2 [Censored]ing years still no response!!)
And yet on this page from the official wiki (wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Support) they boast forward saying 'ROBLOX is proud to offer high quality customer support. We would love to help you in anyway we can.' just sayin' that their customer service is not as high quality as they say.
inb4 this thread gets deleted by a frustrated mod.

@Pelai Meanwhile my main account Autodial with almost 500k RAP got banned and they still didn't help me, they're just stealing money from people who've been banned and spent lots of money on their account like me.
