English is actually very easy to learn, at least from my opinion (as with that of some other non-natives on this thread). Some parts of it are annoying, of course, but it is the same with most languages and their own quirks.
of course for someone whose native language is, say, and east Asian language it would likely be quite very difficult, but speaking from an indo-european standpoint
