It will take 3 months if you do 20 sit ups every day but you have to eat vert well. always eat before you train yourself. because when you train yourself that FAT will go away and it will become abs.

Yeah do 30-40 but do it after you finish dinner or else your body will break if you train without eating. And its always better to add 1-2 more training positions to your daily training.

A good sized meal will do but i always prefer to eat after dinner Because dinner is the biggest most delicious meal :P

| None of you know what you are talking about. Abs are made in the kitchen, without proper diet your abs won't show. Working out is only 10% and eating correctly is 90% to getting abs. |

Not true Eating is a MUST to have abs If you do diet and training you will have fake abs with a skinny body No real strength
