So, Today I bought 1600 robux. However, When I took the robux and went to a game called NARUTO OA, I bought a pass that costed 1000 robux. After I clicked "buy Now" the screen started blinking and I realized that It did not purchase and the screen just blinked. So, I tried it again and next time, the pass did not say purchased but my robux was gone. I am trying my hardest to contact you guys and the creator of the game because I was really excited about getting my robux today and buying the pass but I had an error.
What might have happened: After I bought the robuxes on my phone, android, I had connection problems and random issues and couldnt logg in. When I went on my laptop, It kept saying error 400 and in that time of errors for an hour or so, I tried buying the pass. I believe that I could get my robux back please. I hope you guys read this thread and get me some help. I am trying to be most descriptive as I can. Thank you guys for reading this. If I was lying I would not be able to say these things so specifically. My robux dropped from 1600 to 600 after the purchase. If you need prof of my transaction, I have taken pictures of emails from google play of the transaction and my robux transaction. It does not match up because on my ROBUX transaction, it does not say that I bought anything today with my robux. However, On my gmail, It clearly shows my purchase for the ###### ###### You can probably see that My robux has decreased and it did not show anything in transaction history. The owner of the game did not scamm, I just believe that this was due to a glitch. Thank you. |

| Lockedblocks2, Login to your laptop, then in the top right corner it will show your R$, next to the gear icon. Follow these following steps: 1. Click R$ 2. A dropdown will appear with the amount of robux you have and buy ###### ##### the amount that you have 3. It will take you to a page with you already on the "Summary" tab. Click on "My transactions" tab. 4. Right under the tab will be Transaction type:, select the type "Purchases" if it isn't selected already 5. Try finding whether or not you purchased it from the NARUTO OA game, if you didn't and you still lost your robux, just wait for them to reply. Due to the fact that it's a holiday it may take 24-72 hours or more. |

| It also seems like some other people are having this problem due to server updating. I hope they can do something for the loss of people due to this. Its killing me right now to be honest. I just lost fresh 12$ for my birthday (1000) robux..... People are also complaining how the pages took long to load and had some errors. I dont realy know but my problem is legit and true. |

Actually it may have been a glitch, I too had an experience where I purchased in game, a currency, but I didn't receive anything so I contacted owner about it, he check my coins and it didn't add up so, he gave me my coins
So it probably isn't a coincidence that it could happen again, I apologize but I do not know what to do further other than contact roblox or contact owner and see if he could check his sales via transactions page.
Bottom line, be cautious of purchasing anything in the actual game, do it on the website. |

| THanks guys. I emailed info@roblox.com This is probably a glitch from roblox. I sent him pictures of my robux purchase from google play of 1600 robux. He can check my robux transaction history and it will not say 1000 robux has gone out. It will not match up so he will know. |

So.... I still have not gotten my robux back and its past a day. info@roblox.com has not emailed me back after i replied back to them emailing back about them getting back to me later. (since I forgot to tell them my user)

So update on my robux thing. however, I sent them two emails. A one explaining and one showing pictures of purchase. The answered one was the second one. From dom.
