that have request to join enabled. A large portion of the group community would be in favor of this change, and it would be perfectly open for monetization.
There are many groups out there worth recycling that are inaccessible solely because someone decided to get buttmad and close the group off to everyone else. I would even be willing to pay a fine to do this. I personally would shill out 30 bucks just to claim one of these groups. Its just never made sense why they would disallow this.
Does anyone know of any official reasons? Because this could honestly be monetized and it would be justified. |

I seriously can't think of any reasons to not implement this feature other than "muh feels" >How about pay the amount it costs to make a group? if you're implying to just #### # ##### new group, the purpose is to recycle old groups there is a metric ton of groups that people would love to have that are cut off from them there is just no reason to #### # ##### new group with the same name changed in a slightly different way when there is one perfect for you already out there |
